Fair point Wonder Boy, clearly if Starbucks was to move into the area then there would be a competition issue to think about, however having recently been in London, it was noticable that every single Starbucks was next to a Pret-a-manger, not to mention the numerous other small and independent coffee shops.
Eastern Europe is a growing market, the presence of other chains could be seen as recognising this and their presence could raise the profile of such shops helping raise customer base for COH.
Alternatively, COH may become a target which would, for short term holders provide the necessary boost, however for longer term holders that option is probably not the one of choice.
Good luck all, for information i'm a tiny holder of COH(although it does make a large portion of my portfolio and I may look to offload shortly for other, more short term opportunities).
