well it isn't without risk but as they never went bust in the last two years then now cashflow is going to pick up, losses dramatically reduce or even profitability occur then at the very least the outlook is brighter than of late.
I reckon the downside might be to 1p - there was strong buying when these hit 0.9p a little while before the results.
These might be as risky as I ever get I'd say but then I think the upside is 10 fold or more potentially. The amount of risk here for a potential multibagger looks low on that basis imo.
