hi guys , well done cockney thats alot of good info and thought process etc etc.You have it spot on !! as you did in the old thread ages ago. For the people who don't understand franchising , just look at your daily lives , 10/20 years ago we all used local owned shops/newsagents/butchers/grocery etc etc and now any of the surviving shop will have a brand name above the the door,ie. spar/costcutter/dominos etc etc. some will of been bought out but many will have changed from Smiths Newsagents to SPAR. Imagine your in a strange town for the day , either visiting or on business , you fancy a coffee , walking down the high street and there is Bob's Coffee Bar or Coffee Republic. 9/10 will walk in the branded unit. The VALUE is in the BRAND. and the VALUE in COFFEE REPUBLIC is in the use and income flow of the BRAND NAME .
