One other point worth noting ref. my base case analysis and is that, from what I could gather from spending a day with Barty in Plymouth during the summer, within Plymouth Land he is very tight on controlling expenditure... ...so whatever wasted expense at CFE can be stripped out, I'm sure he will strip out
