The fisdMessage specification defines an on-wire protocol for exchanging XML encoded market data efficiently and flexibly. FISD has pursued a prototype to show its viability and as a method of anayzing the bandwidth and processing requirements required. This presentation will include a live demonstration of the "next generation datafeed" and will discuss the immediate future of this emerging standard
