Chorion heavy buying today

I've been monitoring cor for some time now with a view to buying. Every time I decide to get on, the price slips back - though, like everyone else on this board, I fail to see why this should be the case. So, once again, tomorrow's the day...Then I read more and more about a proposed "split"! What effect will this have on current shares? Will shareholders, for example, hold shares in the demerged (if that's the right word) companies or is some other arrangement envisaged.
I'd appreciate clarification from anyone before I take the plunge!
