Here a calculation guranteed to soothe the hangover of lasat night

My estimate for Chorions bar/nightclub division LAST NIGHT is £750,000!!

OK this will be my last post till we get some more juicy news

Last night was a "mother' for the Chorion bar/clubs div.

Here are my estimates which I believe to be CONSERVATIVE

Chorions bars capacity is 13,600 ,London clubs 9,600 Birmingham and Manchester 2000 each

From previous posts I KNOW it was a virtual sell-out

HOWEVER assume 12,000 booked(they HAD to pre-book-hence my confidence on figures) ie 88% attendence

Now MINIMUM entrance to clubs on average =£35

Gives total entry fees of £420,000!!!

Now approximately 1000 were paying for the full whack that is admission,meal and reserved table for the night (my "mole" confirms virtually 100% booked weeks ago!!) so the maths =1000By an extra £30(av £65/ticket)=£30,000!!!

Now to the little matter of the drinkie winkies!!!-New year is not the time to be stingy and I bet a LOT of champers was flowing,HOWEVER for MY estimate I will suggest a pathetic average of £25 per head which I believe is ULTRA CONSERVATIVE this= £300,000!!

Total turnover for night £750,000

Now Nov and especially Dec has seen ALL the clubs doing major league business and the Xmas party promotion has gone down a storm REVENUES++++

The TOTAL turnover in the bar/clubs div for LAST finantial year was £15.9million and for 1998 £5.62million

I believe by looking at the above figures you will see why I am so confident in this stock and to be quite honest-you aint seen owt yet!!Hasw the bar/clubs div achieved critical mass-YES!!! and the newsflow through the IIPR division will be nothing less than sensational in the next 3 months
