I think that irrespective of the zip, or lack of, on the company website, it is hard to deny that CCT will have had their best ever year in terms of toy sales. Considering that toys provide a 45% margin compared to digital at 16%, the resulting increase in profits & corresponding leap in share price should be astronomical. It is hard to get away from this fact whether you analyse the numbers or look at the obvious demand for the toys. I personally was selling Daleks at £125 each at one point before Christmas - which says it all really.
I do agree that the website needs to be updated - the only key dates they had on there were over 1 year out of date until I asked mr Shah to clarify upcoming dates. They have since updated it, but its still short on details. Seems the website hasn't been a major part of their plan so far, but as pointed out people aren't likely to search for "Character Group" when looking for a Dalek, so what benefit does it really provide, or impact has it on group performance when you consider the year they're having?
