Isn't the risk for CHP to have its licences running out of time?

One has been extended for another year but all of the other contracts could have a Russian effect if the local governments decided to withdraw licences after one or 2 years.

In that case CHP would be left with ZERO! what do you think?



CHP was desperate to extend its permit as it was running out of time. A lot of money has been spent and the way the contracts are awarded means that if 12 months come nd the government finds new "allies" with deeper pockets, they could re-allocate the permit... and very legally.
