You need only to look at what might laughingly be called the market sp of this share to see what it thinks of this constantly loss making progress of this company. Perhaps the directors should think of bearing some of the loss by cutting back their fees and emoluments. As to the hidden asset value of the real estate and Malta, that is a historial event - not due to managerial skills. And who advised them to keep all their 'investments'in dollars and not to sell when it began to slide. And how much are the advisors being paid for their advice?
Yes we need to know and it no good saying get out if you don't like the business - I want to recoup my losses from the assets which ARE in the company - but which year after year are diminished by losses and of course the 'share reconstruction'
