"Has it not ever occurred to you script that some people knew about the debt and the uncertainty but liked the gamble of massive upside in exchange for such conditions, ie a leveraged bet?" What my chart shows you is that plenty of people bought on the strength of 'good' figures which Scrip's prompt analysis showed contained a gaping hole leading to CUC's ultimate demise. "Some" of them may have understood what they were buying into (in which case, more fool them), but I bet most of 'em didn't! Scrip held back then; I held back then; anyone else who took on board what was being said probably held back. What's your point? That one shouldn't post a contrary view and watch the befuddled masses shake their heads saying 'We wuz robbed'?!
