Center Parcs have now announced the long awaited Shareholder Benefits, although exact details not provided on their web site:-

Center Parcs (UK) Group plc is keen to reward the loyalty of its shareholders and encourage them to experience our holiday villages for themselves. A discount scheme has been established for private shareholders who have registered for electronic communications and hold at least 2,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Full terms and conditions along are detailed below.

Terms & Conditions
In order to qualify, shareholders should:

hold at least 2,000 Center Parcs (UK) Group plc 1p ordinary shares both at the time of booking and on the date of travel; and

have signed up for electronic communications with the Company’s Registrars (Capita). To register for electronic communication, please call Capita Registrars on 0870 162 3131.


Note:
Center Parcs will endeavour to provide shareholder benefits to those whose shares are held in a nominee account. To be eligible, you will need to provide written confirmation from the nominee company that you are the beneficial owner of the shares. Such evidence together with an e-mail address (to receive notification of offers) should be lodged with the Company Secretary’s Office before making any booking.

Bookings must be made by the qualifying shareholder who must also be a member of the party being accommodated.

The shareholder discount will be applied to the full accommodation cost (excluding any insurance or extras booked), but can only be given on full main brochure prices and cannot be given in addition to any other discounts or offers. Please be aware that there may occasionally be times when you could get a better deal by taking advantage of one of our special promotions.

Details of applicable arrival dates and accommodation types will be sent to shareholders by e-mail and listed on a section of the Center Parcs website. This is a limited availability offer and although some discounted accommodation is offered on all arrival dates listed this availability is restricted.

Offers are on selected midweek and weekend stays and not applicable to full week stays or longer.

Only one discount per holiday will be applied although there are no restrictions on the number of separate occasions when shareholders can take advantage of the discount, subject to availability.

The offer cannot be transferred to an existing booking.
