veulands: hope you don't mind me commenting. i use IG and Finspreads. IG offer CEN online and finspreads will do it over the phone (but i think with a bigger margin requirement).

IG - fairly good software (couple of minor bugs), largest selection of companies that i know, can be a bit hard nosed/lacking in customer service

Finspreads - good customer service (in my own experience), friendly staff, have some very good technical features in software but also some weaknesses.

if you put a limit order on IG it executes on mid price so you don't actually know the price you will get whereas Finspreads you get the price you specified. also with finspreads you can put multiple partial limit orders (say you have a £100 bet bought @ 50p you can put orders to sell £25 @ 60p, £25 @ 70p...)
