well spotted.From the way it reads I would think Polyus will be somewhat pissed-off with the deal I.G.Alrosa did with them.The fact Alrosa has told so many lies in the leadup will create many problems for Polyus in the future.This being the case one could assume that it may well be in their best interests to call the deal off.
The result is a benifit for Celtic as it may be easier to go back to the original deal Celtic where trying to do.Now we all know that the Polyus group are trying to be seen as a clean company in order that they may list on other markets so this will get them moving toward a quicker deal with Celtic.They may even ask Celtic for some help in clearing the decks ie stop some of the legal activities and see that Celtic are telling the truth and go with their info to form a deal.Even with the expected appeal by the crooks it shows the Russian courts are heading in the right direction.
A few heads on the chopping blocks I would think.
