Barrick and Placer have merged.One comment was that they didn't get to their respective sizes by making mistakes and the merger indicates their strong belief that gold prices are likely to rise strongly.One commentator suggested they believe $800 oz. could be acheivable before 2007.
Eldorado trading at C$5.42. A few days ago I said there was an easy 10% on ELD when it was around 4.60 - 4.66.That came to pass but why is it that any other company I look at I get a good idea of what might happen but with CDN I am ALWAYS wrong!
