Another could be that in the negotiations for the Field Extension the current owners of the extension have said that they'll be part of a joint venture which for some reason or other results in a new company being set up. Enter Caspian Oil.

This would also explain the line "In the Company's initial development stage" as CSH would have moved on to being perhaps just the parent company. And that the extension may be developed by Caspian Oil (part of CSH).
