Sharebuff/Tommo - With my 'optimistic' view, I'm hopeing/expecting circa 750 bopd from these reworking, whether this can be delivered remains to be seen.
I'm not too good at the calculations of such things but if, and that's a BIG if, they can deliver that, and sell at $60 a barrel, less say, the original $9 extraction costs, plus say (bit extreme here) another $20, would equate to $31 per barrel profit.
31 x 750 = $23,250 profit per day which equals
$697,500 Profit per month (based on 30 days) which equals
$8,370,000 Profit per year.
Which makes tha current market cap of approximately $27m (15 x 1.8 ROE) look ridiculous.
I would suggest that using my very basic maths and guestimates that CSH should have a SP of around 40p taking into account profit taking sentiment etc etc
etc.
Which is fine by me, as if we hit 50p I'll be buying a lot of beers! :-D
