I had in mind the possibility that a private equity buy-out might come sooner rather than later for the whole company, with the acquirors subsequently stripping out the old businesses to finance the new.
Of course, this would largely continue the path already set but in new hands and excluding the presentent private shareholders, i.e. you and me.
The appointment of two new directors is interesting (as noted by clangor2 above) and the fact that one was involved only with private equity (until now) is slightly unusual.
All this is far from conclusive but it opens up further avenues of speculation.

Clealy, CAR is a company that intends to change considerably, perhaps dramatically, and change we shall surely see imho.
