The company has identified a discrepancy between the number of shares allotted
and the number of shares listed. This discrepancy has existed for a number of
years. The company will therefore apply for 359,029 Ordinary Shares of 1p to be
admitted to trading on AIM. The shares represent 0.17% of the listed share
capital.
The Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in the
company, and trading is expected to commence on 10 January 2007.
