Neale Taylor, CEO of Cambrian Oil & Gas Plc, said at today's AGM:
'Since listing on AIM, your Company has achieved considerable progress and is
well positioned for significant growth in 2006.'
'Water injection has commenced at the the Beshkent-Togap field to improve oil
recovery and is expected to provide first revenues in early 2006. Encouraging
geochemical survey results were obtained over our Tash Kumyr exploration
licence. 2D seismic data is now being acquired over this licence to define a
location for drilling in the summer of 2006.'
'Additional exploration acreage has been acquired in the Kyrgyz Republic
featuring a large anticline expressed at the surface. A stake was acquired in
Elko Energy Inc, an unlisted Canadian company, which has a 5,000 sq km offshore
exploration licence in the Danish North Sea and is pursuing further
opportunities.'
'We look forward to advancing our position in the Kyrgyz Republic and adding a
number of projects in new areas.'
