biswell, moving averages do not control shares prices ......... its the other way round ...... the share price movement controls the moving averages!! A moving average is just a curve measuring the historic average price over a specified time interval. Its basic arithmetic .... no more and no less! It just "smooths" out a share price curve. We can all see that for the last 3 months there have been more sellers than buyers of CBM ...... thats why the price has gone down and the curve is descending! I'm a gambler and am gambling a small amount of money on CBM having reached its bottom. I just feel that CBM has been oversold and is due a bounce ...... If I'm wrong ..... What the heck, its not the end of the world!
