Cambrian Mining Plc ('the Company') was notified today that Jonathan Malins, a
director of the Company, has today increased his holding in the Company through
a purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares. 10,000 ordinary shares were purchased at a
price of £1.0925 each and a further 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of £1.085
each. Jonathan Malins' interest in the Company now totals 326,000 ordinary
shares, which represents 0.42 % of the issued share capital of the Company.
