I don't know if you will succeed but here are some jottings...

It may depend on the stock's liquidity.

I think IG Index are your best bet.
They run spread bets on smaller companies but I think they draw the line on some that are too small and illiquid. Ask them.

If they are prepared to open a bet, you will likely find that the spread is large, but if your company is going to collapse then that doesn't really matter.

Rolling over for many months should not be a problem but there is a daily interest charge to pay. Ask them.
