Burren announces the bringing on production of the following development wells
on the M'Boundi field which were completed in December :


Well M'Boundi Location Initial flow rate
MBD 1201 North-west perimeter 3,200 bopd
MBD 1104 Western perimeter 700 bopd
MDB 1006 North-east perimeter 2,600 bopd



MBD 1201 is the first of several wells intended to establish the boundary of the reservoir to the north-west of the field. Development wells MBD 1202, 1105 and 1903 are currently drilling and, if successful, are expected to be placed on production in January. Wells 1202 and 1105 have similar locations to 1201 and 1104 respectively and well 1903 is near the centre of the field.
