Duss - I'm sure that the last thing I remember on the subject of salaries was that they were all on reduced pay, with no mention of shares in lieu, so I think that this particular arrangement quietly lapsed.
If it had ever happened then I can't see how they could have avoided an RNS holding declaration unless they slipped it into a note in the AR. I'll have to do some digging, when I feel suitably motivated.

FWIW, I'm currently looking at a different angle nothing to do with potential dilution.
