This stock has become a trading stock...rather than an investment stock...the momentum is just not there...due to internal problems...oil price weakness...just look at the mild weather in London...low heating consumption...dollar weakness...health and safety issues are questioned...blah,blah,blah...only good news...share buybacks...how about a special divi!!!
stocks like these rise once in a year...and you have to be with that momentum to make money...rest of the year it is a dead stock...only a short term trading stock...
