I have recieved an e mail reply from P.Rhind og BLVN, this am, at 9.30am(been out all day)

I e mailed them via the website, saying i was very concerned for my investment and could they confirm one of there members of staff had spoken to a PI (ie fidra) last week about testing pressures at bachou 1.

The reply was as follows,

The operations at the bachou 1 well as continuing, we hope to have a full update by the year end.Thank you for your patience.
