Absolutely,

Any minor dilution will be long forgotten when the Colombian assets yield developments. Vavoom2 spent years pushing EEN across these bulletin boards when they were valued at £90m with only 9mmbbls of Colombian oil reserves, he was pushing them at even more ridiculous values that that too, but I won't embarass him any further. There is very good upside on BLR if the Arce field is above 5mmbbls, no matter about above 10-15mmbbls of heavy oil.
