The schedule is a objective list anyway you look at it or whats the point in publishing it, at least with dates.
If time is not a factor then they should of stated:
Task 1: Complete Arce 2.
Task 2: Steam test Arce 2/3
Test 3... etc.
If publishing it with month dates means this is what we are doing in OR near as damn it...well then the question is:
Is this bit done yet?: Nov 2005: Complete Arce 2.
YES or NO?.
That's my entire argument.
Some people might argue that BLR doesn't have to release RNS on small changes...
Are these small changes though?.
I'm asking for a bit of courtesy from BLR. Maybe that's too much. If it is then they should withdraw the schedule or alter its contents to reflect that time is not to be taken into consideration. 'Subject to change' doesn't quite do it.
Like you say Ed its probably down to the nature of the sector and I should accept it.
