Top country America has had plenty of bad news to digest and I believe this is already priced into the market.
The long-awaited decline in the dollar is now under way and this should be good for their exporters. Stock market crashes come out of a clear blue sky. By the same token, the time to buy is when there is a stream of bad news, so I am going to choose the USA for 2007.
