Bizspace, the AIM-listed provider of business premises to smaller companies, eased ½p to 60p on word that it is close to making a £2 million bolt-on acquisition in Birkenhead, which will be funded from existing cash and debt. This week Bizspace, in which Jack Petchey’s Trefick holds 17.8 per cent, reported net assets of £55.5 million, cash of £7.8 million and a net asset value per share of 67p.
