Currently valued at £10 million. A £5 million fundraising gives an instant 50% dilution for all holders. In return you have a company that has "unknown" technology, with deals, the terms of which are "unknown", the success of which will be "unknown" and to make matters worse, the only income to Bits is on a profit sharing basis so they take all the risks.
I can understand a punt, but this is perhaps flying just a tad blind?
To make matters even worse, Bits have decided not to reinvent themselves as a gameing support company but wish to be known as a general games company. I admire the guy for keeping the company afloat and this fundraising is a master stroke....but he does tend to treat the company as his personal plaything.
