Scotty, its far more likely that payout poker is simply late given BITS track record. No doubt they had to raise the o loan to bridge the gap until completion payment. The problem is that they are eating into that payment with no other work on the books.
I have a concern with your finanal sentance stating that the company have 'no other work on the books' Perhaps you'd care to clarify that as a statement of fact or simply just your amature opinion and shear conjecture? Regards Rob.
