Hold on, Teather's have actually INCREASED their forecasts for BOI as of 19th December! Which makes the current price even more frustrating.
For 2005 they've gone from 6.64p EPS to 7p EPS, and for 2006 from 7.5p EPS to 8.1p EPS. Quite significant increases.
At 73.5p that's going to soon be a historic P/E of 10.5 and a current year P/E of 9...
The market looks forward however. Let's say for 2007 Teather's forecast 9.4p EPS at the same rate of 16% annual growth. Award BOI a conservative P/E of, say, 14, and we're talking a price of 132p by autumn 2006, or 80% up from here.
Not to mention the forward P/E of 7.8 at this price. Crazy!
