And the institutions got only 6,488,327 shares, leaving UNFULFILLED demand of 22,348,682 shares or roughly 22% of the ENTIRE outstanding stock of BPRG!

Now, how many institutions DID NOT receive a "roadshow" and were not even INVITED to participate in the offering?
