RE FMC Deal
Promise not to speculate when it will be signed but when it is signed I agree with you that its going increase BPRG's reputation in USA. IMHO I definately see an FMC announcement when the deal is done, as shareholders would have to be informed of the capital spending required for its new film plant as part of the partnership.
General Trading
It could be argued that the christmas period should be the most quiet time of the year on the markets, yet BPRG volumes have been consistently high throughout which bodes well for when people return from the holiday period.
