Bioprogress the Next Ten Bagger?

Off at a tangent a bit here but I was browsing around Google and came across this:



Essentially it is about a new committee set up in Michigan to oversee the building and funding of a bioscience park commencing Q1 2004. Note a former Chairman of Perrigo is on the committee. Note also that Perrigo recently built some other plant with Michigan aid. It occurs to me with a stretch of the imagination that another Perrigo plant might go in this new life-sciences oriented park. Then again....maybe not :)
