I would also guess that by now the "potential customer" has figured out what they want to do with BPRG. If it turns out to be a "decent" deal with BPRG--we are all in for some very exciting times.
An industry partner will accelerate development on all the XGel Film Systems. BPRG will have a strong partner, additional cash (yeah!!!) and SIGNIFICANTLY increased worldwide credibility. BPRG would also gain immediate entry to the customer list of the industry partner. The question on every investor's mind will be how big will this really become and how fast will BPRG grow.
All of a sudden--and I do mean all of a sudden, BPRG will be catapulted from an interesting R&D Company with some interesting partners to a Company with the partner and the potential to become a major force in the multi-billion dollar (or shall I say "pound") worldwide encapsulation and tabletting industry.
I expect that BPRG will have a much easier time raising capital at fair prices and attracting new customers and partners.
