Typical 100 day milestones (= a turnaround plan, basic fixes in place, all good workmanlike stuff) came after, I think, 8 or 9 months here.
I hope we see the "6 month type" milestones in the next few weeks.
I can't tell about the one year milestones because I can't really guess what the strategy is. (n.b. strategy not plan)
NOT bashing NAV_Mike, just trying to be objecitve and look at expectations for the coming year. I think it is fair to expect a lot from someone who is being paid a decent salary.
So far, lacs, achievements are in line with what I would expect from a departmental director being paid around £100-120k p.a. with a potential 30% or so bonus,
