Entj .As far as i can see we dont have a major shareholder , nobody with more than what 6.8 percent or there abouts .
In the second scenario after the annoucement of a 300+ million euro revenue deal the sp would be at a much higher level than today and thus any offer would be many times higher than todays sp which also may lead to a further offer etc eitherway shareholders would win because the sp would be 10/20/30xtimes higher than today .
The third option will be the correct one .. no bid .
