ps The Nrobe patent comprises of many many claims, if one or more are not deemed to be admissable it's no big deal, however you can be sure the traders and shorters will have their noses twitching whilst they try to eek out the odd penny here and there.

pps The prior art in question is a mould making patent which was used in a quarry, this patent was pointed out to the examiner by Bioprogress, would we really have flagged it up if we thought it would hinder the application?
