the fmc partnership update rns on 23rd nov mentions a newly restructured and finalised deal will be signed before the end of 2006. as the above mentioned rns states this will happen, does the company have to further rns the actual deal, or is the fact they have alerted the market to what is happening sufficient??

if this is the case then the deal may already been signed sealed etc etc?

the reasons for doing this may be because of what fmc have negotiated to allow us to have better terms on nrobe, but they may wish to keep this part of the deal queit at the moment.

the rns on the 23rd seemed a bit strange, there must have been a reason to write it.

any thoughts on this anyone???
