The Company received notification on 20 December 2006 that, pursuant to Section
198 of the Companies Act 1985, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux International Limited,
Credit Agricole SA, Calyon SA, Credit Agricole Cheuvreux SA and SAS Rue La
Boetie are together interested in a total of 4,689,333 ordinary shares of one
pence each in the Company, representing approximately 3.01 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.
