CashFlowNews.com reports that EBITDA for Inyx, Inc. (OTC:IYXI) for its
third quarter ended September 30, 2006 was a negative $(2,490,000), compared
with a positive EBITDA of $524,000 for the comparable year earlier quarter.
Inyx has generated two consecutive quarters of negative EBITDA.

For Inyx's twelve months ended September 30, 2006 EBITDA was $(10,506,000), compared with $(6,278,000), a 67% deterioration over the comparable year earlier twelve months. EBITDA for the most recent twelve months also reached a two year low.
