This is rather clumsy english here.

I think it could've been written:

"Bioprogress will be commencing its validation program of the system at the new site early in 2007. There will also now be Bioprogress's own products and third party partner products put into stability programs using this tabwrap technology for development. This is in addition to the previously announced stabilty trials of tabwrap products which have been completed."

If indeed, this is what it means. Which, in my opinion is what it is trying to say.

Still, writing RNS's doesn't seem to be RT's strong point, (unlike GH, and we know the consequences of all that).
