My understanding is that the C of A will decide the legal arguments regarding the law. In other words, after they have delivered their verdict and explanations then the case will be handed back to the High Court for the outstanding issues to then be resolved - if any. In this case there will be damages to be assessed etc etc but that may all be settled by then between the parties. There is still a lot to be sorted out here in my opinion. If Cardinal are interested then they sure are not in any seeming hurry to move things along. Perhaps the pace will be set alight when bprg announces the conclusion of one of the number of late stage negotations with top ten pharmas!
