it seems everyone on the BPRG board today is a lawyer.

Everyone on this board has started counting their chickens before its been laid and debate about the a) CC and how much will we win ( no mention about losses - over confidence!!) b) will there be a out of court settlement c) its a win win situation d) SEO has to pay irrespective of the CC outcome.

Comeon guys - you all are digging a grave to sleep and dream on SEO's downfall...grow up before that dreams are shattered in 2006.

Is BPRG success only dependant on SEO's downfall - to me the discussion on this board says YES and you will all agree.
Argument sake, what happens if cc outcome is postponed or a out off CC settlement is at less then 1mil and SEO gets to keep the patent or SEO win the case and BPRG doesn't get anything.

BRPG's revenues will start flowing only towards the end of 2006..however SEO's by the end of Jan06.

I have mentioned before, the SP will consolidate at this level for the time being until the CC..dont expect miracles which will only be shortlived.
