aflynn - Sorry for not replying earlier been out for a bit of shopping. Yes you could be right, I suppose the question really is will there be a settlement at all and on what terms? SEO have been playing for time all along and probably felt they might win when BPRG were down on their luck earlier this year. That was probably the time for them to settle but may be BPRG wouldn't play ball. Yes BPRG are in a much stronger position now and being backed up by insurance is comforting. I wonder whether the insurance company would or could encourage BPRG to settle to save on costs? Regards.
