Perrigo were supposed to develop and manufacture their own machine(s). (Having been supplied by BPRG with a Prototype Machine.)

"Prototype Machine" means the most advanced version of the bench-top prototype TabWrap Machine developed by the Licensor as at the Effective Date (8th March 2004).



What were they (Perrigo) doing between March 2004 and March 2005?


EDIT. btw, I didn't say any exclusivity was dropped, I said a project was shelved.
