The Perrigo agreement related to exclusive licences for certain products in both North America and Europe.
As it later came out, this was in respect of two separate projects, one of which was shelved. I can't recall offhand whether it was the N. American or the European part which was shelved, but I think it was the NA part.
It had crossed my mind too, that maybe one of the agreements being re-negotiated was the Perrigo deal. Their apparent failure to progress with the licence at all must put BPRG in a good position to seek improved terms, which could include higher royalty payments.
